Ashaver Garaginovich Erzinkyan was an Armenian railway worker who served on the Iranian border in WW2, assisting with the delivery of lend-lease goods from Britain and the United States from Iran into the Soviet Union.  For this, he was awarded the medal "For Valiant Labor".
