Comrade Litvinov served on the fronts of the Patriotic War with the German Occupiers since its beginning and has displayed himself to be a courageous and devoted protector of the Socialist Motherland.
In 1944 –1945, during the period of the summer and winter offensives of the Armies of the 1st Belorussian Front, Comrade Litvinov concluded a large amount of work to select new personnel for the organs of “SMERSH.”
Because of his manners as a member of the Party and his personal skills in working with personnel, Comrade Litvinov gathered high quality candidates for “SMERSH” and through this he assisted in successfully carrying out the mission placed before “SMERSH” to expose and remove counterrevolutionary elements and enemy agents at the front.
Comrade Litvinov deserves to be recommended for the State Award, the Order of the Great Patriotic War 2nd Class.

Comrade Litvinov served in the Patriotic War with German Fascism from its first day and displayed himself to be devoted to the Party of Lenin – Stalin, and a brave and courageous protector of the Motherland.
More then once, he has participated in the battles with the enemy and was awarded the Medal “For Valor.”
While working at the Administration on Intelligence “SMERSH” of the Belorussian Fronts, Comrade Litvinov visited subordinate organs at the Armies and Divisions to assist in carrying out their special missions.
During the period of the defensive and offensive battles on the Kiev – Kursk, Konotop and Bakhmach directions, Comrade Litvinov worked to select and train candidates for “SMERSH” and for this he visited the front lines and conducted his work in difficult military conditions.
Comrade Litvinov deserves to be recommended for the Order of the Red Star.

Comrade Perelman served on the fronts of the Patriotic War in the fight against the German Fascist occupiers since January 1944.
During this time she displayed herself to be a steady protector of the Socialist Motherland who is devoted to the Party of Lenin – Stalin.
During the period of the offensive battles of the armies of the 1st Belorussian Front, Comrade Perelman worked hard on her territory. All of the missions of the Chiefs of Administration of “SMERSH” were carried out at the right time, while ignoring time constraints and difficulties.
In addition she worked hard to organize the registration of captured spies, diversionaries and other anti-Soviet elements.
Comrade Perelmen deserves to be recommended for the Medal “For Valor.”
