I.  Brief description of personal feat or merits

 

Major Lishevsky has been in the position of the Staff Head of the 80th Reserve Artillery Regiment since May 1944. His work is a demonstration of excellent training of an artillery commander. During the short term of his service in the occupied position, the prospective awardee has assembled a staff and skillfully organized its functioning. He is an educated, well-rounded, well-bred officer. He promptly arranged planning of combat training of the regiment and managed to set precise records and control of the training. The prospective awardee is strong-willed, demanding towards himself and his subordinates, vigorous in work, determined, an able leader, he has undergone good personal training; he works hard to expand his knowledge.

 

The prospective awardee is politically well educated, ideologically stable. Every day he is in connection with the masses, takes an active part in social work with the personnel. He is justly respected by the entire regiment personnel. He is conscientious towards his service.

Conclusion: Head of Staff of the Reserve Artillery Regiment is fully qualified for the occupied position.
